Our Cottages were Assessed 5th December 2022 by Visit England, AA, we have retained our 4 & 5 Star Gold rating. This is a annual inspection.

Our cleanliness rating is 100% on our grading report, copy of which can be obtained on request.

Three luxury holiday cottages beautifully converted two from a flint barn and one from former stables all furnished to a very high standard but retaining their  original character and exposed beams, rated 4 & 5  star by Visit England Services  December 2022,  retaining all our accreditations, Long Chimney Cottages are situated in a beautiful part of East Devon that has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  All our Cottages are baby / child friendly.  We have games room. 

Two cottages sleep 4 + 1  + cot's  4* ,  Stable Cottage sleeps 6 + cot/s all en suite + wood burner , 5 Star + Gold Award. All cottages are very cosy with full central heating included. The outside pool opens 1st May  until end September however there is a great indoor pool just 10 minutes away in Sidmouth. 

History, shopping and culture are in abundance in the county's market towns, Axminster, Ottery St. Mary, Honiton, Dartmoor and Tiverton all waiting to be explored.

With more than thirty miles of stunning Unesco World Heritage Coastline the Jurassic Coast offers towering red cliffs and sand dunes, coves, rock pools and sparkling sea. Sandy expanses stretch out at Exmouth and Teigmouth. Fishing boats and visitors dot the beaches at Branscombe and Beer, Sidmouth stands proud with its Regency hotels and esplanade. Budleigh Salterton offers a mix of independent shops and restaurants with a  good Beach.

At the heart of the coastline is Exeter only 25 minutes away an ancient city with a modern feel. It has a massive selection of shops including an undercover shopping mall, it also enjoys festivals of food and drink to music and poetry, it is a city that continues to fascinate and thrive.

Facilities include, heated outside pool (closed for winter opens 1st may 2023. temperature cannot be guaranteed) ,  games room.   Please see "Games room".

Explore Exeters medieval, subterranean side through the echoing vaults and water passages of the Undergrounf Passages, then back to the surface explore the brilliant city Royal Albert Memorial Museum and admire the magnificent cathedral.Enjoy the Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink. Theatres, galleries, arts centres and cinemas all put on a packed programme of events.Exeter Quay connects with the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail and is home to Europe's first clip n' Climb centre, the the South West's largest indoor climbing wall, bike hire and various water sports. There is also Premiership rugby with Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park, whilst Exeter City Football Club and Exeter racecourse provide more opportunities for sport fans.
