Flint,  Well and Stable Cottages are all approached up a long driveway leading to a beautiful country house in which the owners live with their family. The cottages are situated within the immediate area to the house, both enjoying their own south facing patio's with post and railed gardens secure for children and pets, with outlooks over our own paddocks with grazing horses and distant sea views. All cottages have Wi-Fi & reserved parking in a very large parking area for 2 cars per cottage. All  beds in the cottages have new  Hypoallergenic / Anti Allergy Mattresses & Pillows.  This is not a working Farm, we only keep  Horses, all our pastures are flat and we experience sun until sunset, weather permitting.

 

We have a large DVD library situated in games room available at a small donation cost which we pass on  to Sidmouth Hospice care charity.

Come rain or shine from rainy days to heatwaves, we all know how changeable the English climate can be. As accomodation providers we offer a comprehensive 74 page booklet  listing things to do in East Devon whatever the weather. Our swimming pool is open 7 days per week end May to end September. All cottages have  Patio Furniture, Webber BBQ, Sun Shade

All this and child friendly. 
 

Dog Information

We accept pets in all of our cottages, we want your pet to be as comfortable as you so we offer, if required, a blanket, washable throws to protect sofas, bowls and feeding mats, a hose to rinse off dirty dogs!!  old towels and brushes for washing and drying muddy fur, map showing local walks, spare lead and collar, a cage or crate, biodegradable poo bags and contact details of local vet. There is no charge for assistance dogs, they are welcome.  Dogs are charged at £6.50 per day per dog. Damages caused by dogs will be charged.

General Information

The cottages enjoy the following extra facilities, 12 x 6 meter heated Mediterranean style Swimming Pool (we do not guarantee water temperature) complete with sun loungers, tables and sun shades. Surrounded by a beautiful patio and wall which gives seclusion and protection from any breezy conditions.

There is also a games room with Air Hockey table, Football Table,  Pool Table, Table Tennis.  Fitness Room / Gym, weights and Multi Gym. All cottages have Webber BBQ facility, Pyramid patio heaters supplied on each patio (charges made for Gas order on booking form)

Complimentary charcoal,  available on request, just ask.

Guest with Restricted Mobility.

For our guests with restricted mobility we have Ramps available for wheelchair access to Stable Cottage, Well Cottage has small door sill to cross over. please ask for any other info re access,  Flint not suitable.
