Entrance Hall

You enter this beautifully converted Stable Block through a porched front door into the entrance lobby which caters for boots, coats, etc.It also has access to the utility room with sink, washing machine and a Eco hanging dryer.

 

From the entrance lobby you enter the beautifully fitted large farmhouse style light oak fitted kitchen which includes, Bosch dishwasher / electric ceramic hob and fan assisted double oven, microwave,  fridge freezer , wine/soft drinks cooler, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Piccolo Coffee Machine and breakfast bar. This leads to a very large living/dining area with two 3 seater leather sofa’s and a leather electric reclining chair, furnished with a contemporary feel and to a very high standard with oak dining table and chairs ,it also has a log burning stove for guests to enjoy on chilly nights giving a cosy atmosphere, starter pack of logs supplied, there is a 47" flat screen Samsung LED t.v. and music centre. Exposed beams  throughout, double patio doors leading to terrace with rattan furniture, BBQ,  garden 10x8 Meters with outside lighting, there are also a selection of board games including Chess & Draughts. Bedroom Three:  As bedroom 2 with 2 X 3 FT. single beds.

 

Wood flooring throughout except for carpeted bedrooms, all areas have underloor heating.  Linen and towels included.

 

Garden secure for children and pets, sun loungers  supplied. Rattan patio furniture, sun shade, Webber BBQ .  

 

Please bring your own Beach Towels / Swimming Pool Towels. 

 

All rooms including bathrooms  have individual heating thermostats for economy and your comfort.
