Ground floor
You enter the holiday cottage through double doors which lead into a sunny aspect open plan sitting room with a vaulted ceiling and fresh flowers provided . Wooden flooring and two leather sofa's compliment the modern contemporary feel of this well light Oak furnished cottage. There is a 40" Full HD LED Smart TV & DVD and Wi Fi, also board games. Spacious light oak fitted kitchen which is very well equipped including dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, Rangemaster double oven, washing machine, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Piccolo Coffee Machine. Door leading to bathroom with bath/ shower, WC and wash hand basin. Two 6" steps leading to master bedroom with a King Size double bed, large wardrobe with security safe, New 32" colour Smart LED WiFi HD Freeview TV, en-suite shower new 2022 / wash hand basin. Wi Fi Provided.
A hard wired fire alarm system is in each cottage. A comprehensive 72 page visitors guide book is supplied advising you of things to see and do on a daily basis, it also recommends local shops, take away and eat in restaurants, there is also a selection of board games, including Chess / Draughts. Full central heating. Please read code / terms relating to pets should you wish to bring one. Wheelchair access to kitchen and sitting room area.
First floor
Stairs which lead only to a fully private 2 single 3ft bed room, with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, Velux black out blind fitted, colour remote Flat flat wide screen HD TV with Free view, this room also benefits from en-suite toilet with wash hand basin.
All bedding and towels for the cottages are included (except for cots) . Please supply your own beach towels, pool towels can be supplied on request.
